Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all our products.  If you are not happy with anything you have purchased you will receive your money back for the item minus the postage, once the item is returned to our mailing address.  No responsibility will be taken for the misuse of our products.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Where original warranties don't apply, you have six months to return the item after purchase for a full refund.

HOW do customers return items?
To return your item, please phone the office on 1300 886 234 to discuss the reason for return.  If there is something we can help you with we will.  Customer satisfaction is our priority. 

Please package the item securely to avoid damage and post to PO Box 327, The Gap Qld 4061. 

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable. If there is a fault with the item, will pay for the return of the item or the cost of a replacement to be sent out.  If there is a picking error, change of mind or an item does not fit, eg, toilet seat, then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping cost and/or the extra shipping required to replace the item.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be credited for returned item via the same method that was used to pay for the item.  Eg. Credit Card, Paypal.

Instore return option?
If you are in or near the Brisbane area, customers are more than welcome to return items there to save on shipping costs. The office is at a residential address at The Gap on the ground level.  Please phone 1300 886 234 to get the on-site address and make an approximate time to return the goods to ensure someone is in the office.  We are happy to accommodate for after hours if work hours is not possible with prior arrangements.
