All products include 10% GST. Where possible a courier is used as the most secure means of delivery throughout Australia. The freight costs online are provided for standard Australia Post pricing. The freight provided may change for remote areas and is based on size and weight. Pottytraining.com.au does not make any money on delivery costs. We strive to give our customers the best price posssible using the most secure method. Click on the "delivery information" button for more information.

Refunds or Exchanges
If there are any faults or problems with any of our products we will gladly look at each case and provide a valid refund or exchange. The cost of the product will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery. The Bummis pants and nappies can only be exchanged or returned if tried on with underpants or a nappy. For hygiene reasons, if they have been worn, then a refund or exchange is not possible.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please feel free to phone 1300 886 234 to discuss any problems you may have. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the cost of the product to you. The product cost will be refunded once the product is returned to pottytraining.com.au. Any returns are to be posted to:
