$150 - $300 = 20%
$301 - $500 = 25%
> $500 = 30% - The commission is paid on the full RRP of the product, including GST, minus the postage and handling cost.

You Will Receive
1. PRODUCT SAMPLE PACK
The Product Sample Pack familiarises parents with the products on offer for fundraising. Display the products on a table in a high traffic, common area for parents to view. Provided you reach the minimum fundraising amount, you can purchase the Sample Pack for a massive 40% off!
2. FUNDRAISING CATALOGUE + ORDER FORM
The Catalogue contains all the products you see on our online shop. You place these in the parent pigeon holes to start the process.
3. PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION FOR NEWSLETTER
Sample advertisement with information to help promote your Fundraising Event. It is recommended this is added in your centre’s newsletter to the parents.
4. BROCHURES -"TIME TO RETURN YOUR ORDER"
Brochures that remind parents it is time to return their orders. Place in parent pigeon holes a week prior to finishing fundraising.
Place the posters up in a high traffice area for parents to view. 6. RETURN ENVELOPE TO SEND BACK TO POTTYTRAINING Collect all the Orders and place in the return envelope provided.
What You Need to Do
1. Place posters up on a notice board or high traffic area to provide maximum exposure for advertising your fundraising event.
2. Advertise the fundraising event in your newsletter prior and during the event. Use the sample advertisement provided.
3. Establish the end date for the fundraising drive. Provide a deadline for parents to get their orders back to you. Advertise the deadline in your newsletter or on the notice board.
4. Place Fundraising Catalogue and order forms in parent pigeon holes.
5. One week before the fundraising deadline, place the Reminder Brochures provided in the parent pigeon holes.
6. Designate a secure place for parents to return orders with their payment. eg. Centre Office
7. Collect all Fundraising Orders and fill out the Master List supplied for your records and ease of distributing orders to parents. Purchase Sample Pack at 40% or send back with the orders.
8. Inform parents when their order has arrived and tick off the Master List form.
